Overnight Boarding
At RedDog, every dog overnight stay includes spacious suites with glass doors, modern hammock beds, and plenty of comfort. Our goal is to make your pet feel as happy and relaxed as they do at home with you. In our clean, safe, and fun environment, we ensure their stay is just as enjoyable as your time away—whether you’re on vacation or at work.
Guest Requirements
All boarding dogs must be well-socialized and non-aggressive, up to date on vaccination and spayed/neutered after 1 year old.
Arrivals & Departures
While our center is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., pick-up and drop-off are limited to the following times:
Weekdays: 7–8:30 a.m., 1–2 p.m., 6–9 p.m.
Weekends: 7–10 a.m., 12–3 p.m., 6–9 p.m.
Peak Season Policy
We do not accept first-time boarding dogs during busy travel periods. A short trial stay is required before booking a peak-season reservation to ensure our facility is the perfect fit for your pet ahead of a longer stay.
Accomodations
At RedDog, every boarding dog receives the highest level of care and attention at no extra fee. All guests enjoy Playcare activities in our 3-acre, park-like setting. Each suite also offers access to a private, fenced outdoor area. Inside, we have spacious play zones, cozy living room areas with sofas and comfy chairs, and larger, more secluded rooms for dogs who prefer a quieter environment.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
We aim to make your dog’s stay as simple and stress-free as possible. Please limit personal items to essential food, medications, and collars (no harnesses). Your dog will enjoy fresh bedding and daily “room service,” and we sanitize all equipment every day for the health and safety of our guests.
While we understand the desire to bring familiar belongings from home, we cannot guarantee their condition or return. More importantly, we want to avoid the risk of items being chewed, ingested, or misplaced during their stay.

Playcare
Work or relax guilt-free, knowing your dog is having the time of their life in a safe, beautiful facility designed to meet their every need. Dogs enjoy outdoor play in groups matched to their size and energy level, with plenty of fresh water available at all times.
We keep things exciting with activities like splash pools, frisbee fetch, and tasty treats. Our building is fully air-conditioned and maintained at a comfortable 21 °C year-round.

Shuttles
Weekday Dog Shuttle Services
We offer pick-up and drop-off for your dog in Orleans, Cumberland, Navan, and Blackburn Hamlet. The shuttles leave at 8:30 a.m. to collect dogs from their homes and returns Playcare and boarding dogs back home between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Families can choose morning pick-up, afternoon drop-off, or both.Live Tracking for dog shuttles
An email with a live tracking link and ETA is sent to you every morning at 8:30 a.m. and afternoon 2:00 p.m to let you know what time the shuttles will be arriving -
Spa Services
Bath & Tidy
There’s nothing better than picking up a fresh, clean, and happy dog! End your pet’s Boarding or Playcare stay with a soothing bath and conditioning treatment using Wahl products, followed by a cozy towel dry.Your dog will head home looking great, smelling wonderful, and ready for snuggles.
Please note that on muddy days, all dogs will receive a courtesy rinse before going home.

How It Works:
Playcare: 1 point per playcare day

Boarding cost and price list
Our prices vary depending on regular or peak season. Overnight stays vary depending on regulat season or peak. All stays earn rewards points towards RedDog Points Loyalty Program.
Boarding: (hst not included) (as of September 1st, 2025)
Regular season: 51$ one dog, 81$ two dogs
Peak season: 55$ one dog, 90$ two dogs
Bonus Loyalty points for stays over 7 days
What is included in the boarding fee?
Since we believe in equality, all dogs receive the same outmost care. They all have access to supervised playtimes and go out to play in our park 5 to 6 times daily, access to indoor/outdoor suites with kuranda beds, water and food bowls. No extra fees for medications. Daily pictures and videos are posted on Facebook at no extra cost. During evenings, our staff spends one on one time with dogs in our living room, to make them feel like home.
Daycare and Shuttle Services fees?
Daycare: 30$/daily. opens at 7am, closes at 9pm
Shuttle Services: if you select shuttles services, shuttles are 5$ each way. You can select collection in the morning or delivery in the afternoon, or both. Shuttles leave the center at 8:30am in the morning and at 2pm in the afternoon. Depending on how many dogs and your address, times may vary but you will receive an email with ETA and live tracking at 8:30am and 2:00pm.
How does the RedDog Loyalty Program works?

We’re excited to introduce RedDog Points, our new loyalty program that rewards you every time your dog joins us for playcare or boarding!
Here’s how it works:
Playcare: Earn 1 point per playcare day. Redeem 7 points for a free playcare day.
Boarding: Earn 1 point per boarding night. Redeem 14 points for a free boarding night.
Bonus Points for long boarding stays (7+ nights): +5 points
Example:
Visit for 7 days of playcare → earn 1 free day!
Stay for 14 nights → earn 1 free night!
It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your furry family member.
Your points will be tracked automatically in our reservation system, and you can redeem them anytime.

What should you bring for your dog’s stay?
Since RedDog supplies all the bowls and bed, no need to bring any of these items. Simply bring your dog food, ensure your dog has a regular collar (no harness, no choker). Please ensure he has a name tag on his collar and that his food is labeled and easy to read to avoid any confusion.
